pale-quest provides programming education courses delivered online. Our services include:

• Certificates of completion

Enrolment and Payment

Course enrolment is subject to availability and acceptance by pale-quest. Payment terms are as follows:

• Full payment or approved payment plan is required before course commencement
• Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
• Payment plans are available through approved third-party providers
• We reserve the right to modify pricing for future cohorts

Refund Policy

We offer the following refund terms:

• Full refund if you withdraw within 7 days of course commencement
• 50% refund if you withdraw between 8-14 days of course commencement
• No refund after 14 days from course commencement
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days

Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, exercises, code samples, and documentation, are the intellectual property of pale-quest. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access these materials for personal educational use only.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or share course materials with third parties
• Record, screenshot, or reproduce live sessions without permission
• Use materials for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright notices from any materials

Student Conduct

As a student, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully with instructors and fellow students
• Submit only your own work for assessments
• Not share account access with others
• Follow community guidelines in all forums and communications
• Report any violations or concerns to staff

Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued to students who successfully complete course requirements. Certificates represent completion of our educational programme and are not accredited qualifications or degrees.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the course fees you have paid
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• We do not guarantee employment outcomes or specific results
• We are not responsible for third-party websites or services

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Transmit viruses or malicious code
